Summer is around the corner so today I'm taking on a 10 day detox. I cannot contain my eagerness. I'm really needing this! My day started off with an awesome cycle, with the view of the sun rising and shiny through the canaopy of trees over the road, and the sweet peaceful sound of nothing but the birds.
I have prepared day ones meals from the fabulous mountain of fresh fruits and veg i bought at the market yesterday. My plan is to enjoy a divine cup of rasberry herbal tea before my day of pampering begins. Yes mani and pedi in store for me today. Lavish! With everything else to do inbetween, i plan on ending my day with a relaxing yoga class.
Really making this off day worth it.
